The Argyle Hotel has several spaces available for functions and group events, ranging from the private setting of The Stables to our outdoor garden courtyard, The Bar and more formal Dining Room within the stately Sandstone and brick walls of the Argyle Hotel. THE STABLES

The Argyle’s signature private function space offering the ideal room for your shared feasting table with family and friends. With heritage brick walls, exposed ceiling, and doors opening to a veranda area, The Stables is a warm and simple space that can cater for all styles of events.
Argyle Rear Courtyard
Approx Capacity : Sit down – 80 / Cocktail – 50
A casual garden space surrounded by hedges, festoon lighting and jasmine arbours. Gather friends around our picnic tables in our courtyard flanked by greenery and heritage architecture.
The Stables and Argyle Rear Courtyard
Approx Capacity : Sit down – 100 / Cocktail – 120
Located within the Argyle Hotel’s main building, the dining room offers a space that combines the warmth of timber, beautiful arched windows, exposed sandstone and brickwork creating a space that is versatile for any style of event.
RIVER STREET COURTYARD
Approx Capacity : Sit down – 30 / Cocktail – 40
Located under olive trees and with glimpses of the Clarence River, The River Street Courtyard is a casual paved outdoor space furnished with picnic tables and umbrellas. The beautiful sandstone and arched windows of the Argyle Hotel are a lovely backdrop for a smaller group gathering.
FRONT BAR AREA
Approx Capacity : Cocktail – Bar area – 20 / 20- Veranda Corner
A vibrant space within the bar area with the opportunity to spill out through French doors to the Argyle’s corner veranda space on River Street.
